Therapy for women in a season where everything feels different in their bodies, their relationships, and who they are.
You’ve been going through the motions, but inside, something feels stuck, heavy, empty or harder than it should.
There is anxiety, overwhelm, feeling alone, even in your relationships,
or there may be parts of your story that haven’t fully been processed.
This is a space to understand what’s happening and find your way back to yourself.
Is the distance between you starting to feel harder to close?
You’re trying, but something keeps getting missed,
and the same issues keep showing up.
This is a space to slow things down,
get honest about what’s really happening underneath it all,
and find your way back.
You understand yourself, but something still feels stuck.
It shows up in your body, the tension, the anxiety, the burnout and the disconnect.
This is a space to listen to what your body has been holding,
and begin to reconnect in a way that feels real.
Lately… something feels off.
More anxious.
More overwhelmed. Burnout.
More disconnected — from yourself or each other.
What used to work… isn’t working anymore.
And pushing through?
That’s not working either.
But a part of you knows,
this isn’t something to ignore.
A place to slow down.
To understand what’s shifting.
And to find your way, to yourself.
We make space for what’s been pushed aside —
the overwhelm, the disconnection,
the parts that don’t make sense yet.
We look at the patterns you’ve been living in.
And begin to understand what’s underneath them.
Not just in your thoughts
but in your body and your relationships.
And over time, something shifts.
More clarity.
More connection.
More courage.
More of you.
As a therapist, women’s health and somatic movement practitioner, I get it. Life, relationships, and even our bodies can feel complicated.
Therapy with me is real, human, and built on clarity and safety. Always. Real, grounded, and here for the hard stuff. And the humor that shows up right when you need it most.
I know what it's like to lose yourself while holding everything together. To keep pushing through, overthinking, overriding until your body starts saying what your mind won't. I've done my own work of finding my way back. Not by figuring it all out. By finally slowing down enough to listen.
That's exactly what we do together.
My work blends clinical therapy with nervous system and body-based approaches — because real change isn't just something you understand. It's something you feel and finally trust.
Together we untangle the patterns, make sense of what's underneath them, and get honest about what's not working — so you can come back to yourself in a way that feels steady, clear, and real.
In-person in my cozy Centennial office, located just minutes from Littleton, Greenwood Village, and the DTC + virtual across Colorado.
I’m really glad you’re here.
